Ethan Neal
A student at Menomonee Falls, Ethan Neal is dedicated to his studies. He’s a triple threat after hours – proficient in grappling, music, and running. His first pursuit was in martial arts with disciplines spanning wrestling, judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at 360. The balance of comradery and competition keeps him focused both on and off the mat. With a family of instrumentalists and singers, music also struck a natural chord, furthering his drive and energy. Ethan plays the tenor sax and some piano on the side. He’s part of band programs, including the Menomonee Falls High School Jazz Ensemble and UW-Milwaukee Youth Wind Ensemble. From there, you can add running to his fluid skillset. He, no doubt, has a need for speed, but the real joy comes down to his teammates who push him with every practice and every heat. Ethan accredits his three loves as his inspiration and support for the Curtis D. Neal Foundation. He believes all kids should have the opportunity to go after their dreams and experience the backing of a community.
Lisa Neal
Lisa Neal wears many hats throughout her full day. The common thread in all her roles is that of a caregiver. She’s a loving wife in spirit to Curtis D. Neal, proud and patient mother of three, entertained grandmother of three, and registered nurse for Aurora Healthcare. Today Lisa is a clinical nurse educator for the system, but she doesn’t rest her cap there. She serves as a volunteer nurse for Faith Community and president of Holy Redeemer Community Credit Union, devoting the same time and attention as she does for her family and profession.
Orlando Neal
Orlando knows the power of support. The youngest of five siblings, he found strength and guidance from his mother’s example. She never gave up on her dreams or those of her children, despite all obstacles. Orlando advanced his education from a double major in actuarial science and economics to a master’s degree in business. After years of consulting for top employee benefit firms, he founded Rx Connection. His philanthropic spirit is just as palpable as his entrepreneurial. Orlando looks to empower others who just need some support to find their place and purpose.
Tawanda Neal
You can’t get in the way of a woman with perseverance. At every turning point in her life, Tawanda found a way to adapt and push steadfastly ahead. It was with the love and support of her parents and extended family that she successfully navigated through teenage motherhood at age 18 to graduating Magna Cum Laude from UW-Milwaukee 4 years later without missing a beat. She has since earned a master’s degree and is currently vice president of accounting at a multi-million dollar corporation. Tawanda is a proud mother and wife, successfully managing a household, career, and healthy well-rounded life. All of her legwork and loving family keep her motivated to conquer what’s next. She wants to provide others with opportunities to help them become their best selves.
